Cold email — Cold emails that land in the inbox and get replies
B2B cold email done carefully: dedicated sending infrastructure, warmed-up mailboxes, a verified list and messages written for each customer profile. Replies go to your team.
- Your main domain stays untouched
- Mailboxes warmed up before the first send
- A/B variants to learn what works
- Brand
- Attraction
- Activation
- Scaling
Does any of this sound familiar?
- You sent emails from your domain and they started landing in spam, even your everyday ones.
- The messages are the same for everyone and nobody replies.
- You bought a database and half the emails bounced.
- You do not know whether the problem is the subject line, the message or the list.
It is for you if…
- You sell to other companies and can identify who makes the buying decision.
- You want to open new conversations without relying on referrals or ads.
- Someone on your team can sign the emails and take the meetings.
What our Cold email service includes
Dedicated domains and mailboxes
We create domains similar to yours and mailboxes used only for prospecting. If something goes wrong, your main domain and everyday email are not affected.
Technical setup
SPF, DKIM and DMARC properly configured, so mail servers recognize the sends as legitimate.
Warm-up
New mailboxes spend about three weeks sending and receiving low volumes before the first campaign, to build reputation.
Verified list
We build the list of companies and decision makers for each profile and verify the emails, so nothing bounces and nobody gets written to twice.
Personalization by profile
Each customer profile is a campaign, with a message about their pains and industry, not a generic email with the name swapped.
Sequences and A/B variants
A first email and spaced-out follow-ups, with A/B variants of subject line and message. We measure replies and keep what works.
In the inbox, not in spam
What makes the difference: properly set-up domains and mailboxes, warm-up before sending and a message that names the person and their company.

How we work on Cold email
- 1
Profiles
We define with your team who we write to: role, industry, size, country and offer.
- 2
Infrastructure
We create domains and mailboxes, configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and the warm-up begins.
- 3
List and messages
While the mailboxes warm up, we build and verify the list and write the sequences. You approve them before they go out.
- 4
Sending
The campaigns go out, at volumes that protect deliverability.
- 5
Optimization
We classify replies, compare variants and adjust profiles, messages and lists.
Warming up the mailboxes takes about three weeks: it is what takes longest before the first send.

Cold email: frequently asked questions
Is cold email legal?
It depends on the country and how it is done. We write to people in their professional role, with a message relevant to their work, identify ourselves and always offer the option to opt out. We review the rules of each market before launching.
Why not send from my domain?
Because if a send goes wrong, the domain is what loses reputation. With dedicated domains, your everyday email (invoices, proposals, support) is not at risk.
Why wait about three weeks?
New mailboxes have no reputation. If they start by sending campaigns, email providers put them in spam. Warm-up gives them a history before the first send.
How many emails do you send per day?
Few per mailbox, to protect deliverability. The total volume depends on how many mailboxes are set up and the size of each customer profile.
Who signs the emails?
Someone on your team. The emails go out under their name and the replies reach them so they can take the conversation.
What do you measure?
Replies, positive replies, opportunities and meetings, by campaign and by variant. We use that to adjust the message and the list.
