For a real estate property under construction we developed a 360-degree virtual reality tour, with the objective of providing an innovative way for potential buyers to immersively explore the spaces with virtual reality glasses. This allows the marketing department to promote and sell units prior to completion, generating greater interest and confidence by facilitating realistic and interactive visualization of the development.
Solution
Together with our team of architects, we rendered and furnished the spaces and rooms of the building in 3D from the blueprints, and then developed the software that integrates these models with virtual reality glasses, generating an immersive 360° tour that simulates being inside the property before its completion.
